Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
For leather goods: slight variations in color, grain, or natural marks are part of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Start a return
Email rungetit2023@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Return shipping

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping (prepaid label provided).

• For all other returns (change of mind, size, color), customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damage/defect claims
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right quickly.

Non-returnable / final sale items

• Custom or personalized products

• Used or worn items (signs of wear, creasing, scratches, or odors)

• Gift cards

• Hazardous materials (if applicable)

• Final sale or clearance items (if marked “Final Sale” at checkout)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return your current one for a refund and place a new order.
If inventory is limited and you prefer a direct exchange, email rungetit2023@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to hold the replacement for 3 business days.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at rungetit2023@gmail.com.

International returns
International customers follow the same process. Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Mark your parcel as “Return—No Commercial Value” to avoid extra customs charges. Any fees incurred by us may be deducted from your refund.

EU/UK cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union or United Kingdom, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unapproved returns
Packages sent without an RMA or to an incorrect address may be refused. Always start your return by emailing us first.
