Order Fulfillment
All RUNGETIT products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.
This process ensures consistent quality while reducing waste through responsible, on-demand production.
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping times are added on top of fulfillment time.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or peak-season demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered.
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
You can check your order status anytime by emailing rungetit2023@gmail.com with your order number.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
RUNGETIT ships worldwide through regional fulfillment centers.
International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes applied to their order.
These charges vary by country and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the order will be treated as a return (less shipping and processing costs).
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact rungetit2023@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at no cost.
RUNGETIT is not responsible for:

Multiple Shipments
To deliver your products quickly, items in your order may ship separately based on product type or fulfillment location.
Each shipment will have its own tracking link.
Cancellations & Changes
Because each product is made to order, we can only modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
Once fulfillment begins, cancellations or changes are not possible.
Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or style—please review product sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
